ENTRANCE HALL
The Bindery Flat is accessed through large oak gates. The unusual double front door still has a small sign next to it that reads 'Ostlers Bell'.

The entrance hall has an original flagstone floor and leads immediately
to a stunning, beautifully restored Georgian winding staircase.

There is a parking space for a single vehicle in a private, off-road car park
less than 100 Metres from the flat.
